I am a queer immigrant from South Africa who grew up moving around the world, from South Africa to The Netherlands, then to Canada, then to Malaysia, and finally to the United States for higher education. These diverse life experiences have given me the ability to effortlessly communicate with different groups of people. I pride myself on being compassionate and attentive, aiming to make everyone feel welcome and seen. My ability to effectively communicate ranges from leading meetings with clients to rehabilitating traumatized shelter dogs as a foster parent. Through empathy, I easily relate to and communicate with others, even if they are dogs.
