This is a paper for a data analytics class. Our group conducted a survey analysis for Chipotle using SPSS, Excel, and Tableau. Using a k-means cluster analysis, we identified a target audience within the survey respondents and proposed some strategies for promoting Chipotle to this audience.

This work was for a class where we presented a review of a scholarly article on a topic of our choice. I examined the intersection of race and gender in video game advertising. Using bright visuals to convey key points, I explained how video game ads tends to use white women in advertisements to perpetuate a white-centric standard of beauty in the gaming industry.

This is a research report for Allstate on the benefits of implementing paid parental leave for its employees. Because Allstate does not have any parental leave policy, this white paper serves as a pitch to the company by exploring cases where paid leave has improved worker retention and productivity.
